Job Summary:

YuMe is currently hiring for the role of Country Manager, UK. You will be responsible for growing existing agency relationships and developing new partnerships to deliver the YuMe DSP & SSP to the UK market. An integral part of the EU management team, you’ll also be responsible for marketing initiatives and general administration of the London office. This key role will increase client revenue, further publisher and supply relationships and drive the adoption of both DSP and SSP in the UK marketplace.

Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the YuMe London team
Work closely with all parts of the UK business, in particular the demand, platform and supply teams
Calling on senior executives at DSPs, SSPs, and trading desks, as well as advertisers directly, to create demand for our programmatic suite of products.
Working closely with operations to reach advertiser campaign goals and publisher fill goals.
Generate awareness within the marketplace of YuMe’s capabilities and represent YuMe in the public eye
Represent YuMe on panels, deliver keynotes and create hype and interest in the offering
Report into the Executive Board based in Redwood City with market insight, country forecasts and work closely and collaboratively with all HQ departments
The Candidate

10+ years selling consultative online advertising solutions, digital media, online analytics; 2+ of which are in the programmatic space.
Demonstrated trajectory of success of managing and growing teams.
Knowledge of, and experience in programmatic media space, ad serving, RTB, data exchanges or performance advertising, is preferred.
Strong C-level / senior marketing relationships within the digital ecosystem.
A self-starter, capable of thriving in a high-growth environment.
Previous programmatic sales experience required; technical or platform sales experience is strongly desired.
Well-evolved consultative sales skills, relationship building, both internal and external customer satisfaction management.
Strong understanding of internet advertising technologies.
Ability to cultivate public relations opportunities and speaking engagements.
