IT / Technology Support Technician at Complex Media

Complex is seeking an IT/Technology Support Technician to join our NYC-based Tech team.
This candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks; Helpdesk tickets, Google Apps account creation and backup, Imaging with Jamf Casper, hardware repair and maintenance. Recent Mac knowledge is absolutely required; we will not be reviewing candidates without this skill set. Recent ACMT with knowledge of GSX repairs and procedures is important. Meraki dashboard, networking, Cisco Call manager experience will be helpful for consideration.

Skills below are ranked in order of priority:
Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) with knowledge of GSX repairs and procedures is required
Jamf Casper Mac management software experience (CCT or CCA certifications is a plus)
Meraki dashboard configuration and network equipment knowledge
Google Apps for Business administration proficiency
Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) phone setup and configuration experience - CCNA is a big plus

Other areas where experience will help consideration:
Active Directory user and group management and binding with Mac
Video experience is a plus
Adobe CC
Final Cut Pro
Isilon
