YuMe is looking for a motivated Sr. Finance Manager to join our FP&A finance team and play a key role in our continued growth and achievement of excellence. The ideal candidate must possess an analytical mind, comfortable modeling in Excel, ability to communicate complex ideas to executives, and a desire to drive meaningful results in a high-growth technology.  The candidate will provide analytical support to drive better insights and provide structure around the organization to drive the firm’s long term value.

Job Responsibilities:
Finance business partner to R&D and Operations
Develop dashboards and financial models to help manage and optimize performance of the YuMe
Provide in depth analysis on financial trends including budget vs. actual and year over year
Assist with the annual planning and rolling forecasts by working closely with business partners
Manage the Board Deck process
Maintain and back test financial models, reviewing variance reports with management
Provide recommendations on process improvement and report automation
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience with complex financial modeling
Experience with Hyperion or Oracle PBCS
Bachelor’s in Finance, economics or other quantitative degree (including Engineering, Math, Physics)
Solid knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of SQL, VBA
Familiar with ERP systems (Oracle a plus)
Solid understanding of US GAAP required and understanding of IFRS a plus
Prior M&A integration experience preferred
MBA preferred
