Responsibilities:
Maximize revenue growth from major brand advertisers at agencies such as Canvas, UM, Horizon, Carat, Starcom, Initiative, yMarketing, etc.
Manage, maintain, and grow key relationships with the likes of Hyundai, Amazon, Hulu, ABC, & EA Sports to name a few.
Plan, prepare and execute high impact meetings with agencies and direct clients
Leverage client entertainment as a means to break in to new account opportunities and forge strong relationships (will require after hours entertaining)
Develop a formal plan and aggressively prospect, evaluate and identify best opportunities 
Identify and develop a strong understanding of advertisers’ core objectives and challenges and present strategic solutions
Leverage partner research in presentations and interactions with prospects and clients 
Accurately forecast revenue growth and potential opportunities in a timely manner
 
Qualifications:
2 - 4 + yrs. overall successful media experience in Los Angeles or other major markets
2-4 years of sales experience – with clear track record of exceeding quarterly revenue goals
Success with video advertising technology solution is a plus
Agency or Sales Experience. Both preferred but not mandatory
Demonstrated record of success managing internal projects across functions – product launch experience is a plus
Sold “bigger-ticket” items – $100k+ annual contracts
Sold at high levels within an organization.
Sold in cooperative, team, partnership model
Success establishing differentiated value proposition within an intense, competitive sales ecosystem
Expedites the resolution of customer problems/needs. Willing to accept responsibility, confront challenges, and solve them
Can work effectively without needing to be told what to do. Displays an unusual amount of initiative
