Our Partnerships team builds and manages a global partner ecosystem including device manufacturers, network providers, developers, and retailers. With a passion for action-oriented analytics, we work together to establish product, commercial, and strategic partnerships that help Dropbox and its partners grow.

Role Description
As a Partner Technical Enablement Manager, you’ll be part of a dynamic and growing team in charge of building frameworks and running programs that engage, enable and expand Dropbox’s technology partner ecosystem. More specifically, you’ll act as the technical liaison between Dropbox and our partners, where you’ll be tasked with driving technical issues to resolution, as well as performing technical analysis of new opportunities in support of the longer-term Business Development goals. You will also be responsible for the continuous operation of Dropbox’s multiple integrations with PC manufacturers and be an important contributor to the growth of this channel by closely working with members of the Business Development, Business Intelligence, Engineering and Product teams.

Establish a strong relationship with our technology partners based on trust and transparency, helping them make product decisions that align with the Dropbox strategy while at the same time diligently advocating on their behalf with our Product and Engineering teams.
Support ecosystem initiatives by mapping business requirements to technical implementation and assist Business Development in technical assessment of strategic opportunities.
Manage the technical delivery of new integrations, as well as enhancements to existing integrations, between Dropbox and our partners.
Build and maintain a knowledge base covering multiple integrations with prominent PC manufacturers and oversee their continuous operation, serving as the main technical point of contact for Dropbox.
Assist Business Development and Business Intelligence teams in ensuring operational data integrity and coherence.
3+ years experience as an external-facing technologist at the intersection of product, engineering and business (e.g. sales engineering, solution architecture, customer success, product management, product marketing, etc.)
Demonstrated technical proficiency at using analytical thinking and formal frameworks to solve multi-faceted problems.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Self-starter with sharp strategic intuition and solid project management fundamentals.
Experience working with moderately complex SQL queries.
Familiarity with writing and reading code in one or more programming languages.
