Centrify is looking for a highly effective Software Development Manager to grow and lead a talented team of Application Services engineers. In this position you will be responsible for the planning, execution and delivery of high-quality, modern software in an agile environment. We are looking for an individual who enjoys being hands-on with engineering teams and possess leadership abilities to guide successful development strategies.

Manage daily activities of the development team in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Recruit and retain both high-potential junior engineers and proven experienced engineers.
Mentor and lead developers by providing technical guidance, setting priorities and managing resources.
Partner with Product teams to release software in a timely fashion.
Contribute and participate in reviews for architecture, design and code.
Provide mentorship and guidance to the team members to achieve highest levels of quality and productivity
Provide production support and troubleshooting
Setup goals, review progress and discuss career advancement with team members
Communicate issues or project details effectively with direct reports, peers and managers
Willing (and eager) to take on additional responsibilities as needed
Key Skills:

Track record of leading a team, building and shipping enterprise products
Extensive application development experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to coach and mentor
Experience working in an Agile environment and proven understanding of Agile SDLC
Strong problem solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
Hands-on experience building full stack, enterprise scale web applications
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Fluency in either C# or Java, and Javascript
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Highly desired skills:

Background in the IDaaS/IAM markets and associated technologies
Cloud authentication and authorization standards such as OpenID, OAuth, SAML
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
Proficient understanding of SQL and relational databases
Solid understanding of security and networking implementation and best practices
Background in cloud computing and multi-tenant software architectures
SaaS integration with services such as Office365, Workday, ServiceNow, Google Apps, etc.
AWS experience

5+ years of experience managing engineering teams
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
