Your Opportunity

  • Manage the U.S. compliance and provisions related to the Company foreign corporations including preparation, review and forecasting of foreign tax credits, information returns, E&P, and tax pools
  • Document and calculate the Company annual GILTI and BEAT exposure and FDII deduction
  • Work with outside tax advisors on transfer pricing benchmarks and studies and testing
  • Prepare the Company monthly transfer pricing calculation including determination of expense allocation and implement process improvements to reduce the amount of preparation time
  • Calculate the monthly/annual cost sharing calculations
  • Act as a tax liaison with international payroll, treasury and legal
  • Manage outside tax advisors in preparing local tax compliance and provision calculations for Asia Pacific, Europe, Canada and Latin America
  • Analyze foreign data for inclusion in state returns including subpart F income, FDII and GILTI
  • Maintain and update outside and inside tax basis of foreign subs
  • Assist in the preparation of Company annual R&D calculation
  • Assist in preparing the Company sales factor calculation

What You’ll Need:

  • Candidates must possess a bachelor degree in Accounting from an accredited university/college
  • 10+ years of experience required, with Big 4 exposure
  • Microsoft Excel Expert for heavy data mining work
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who works well in a fast paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple and changing priorities
  • Good analytical skills
  • Deadline oriented, strong leadership skills and the ability to complete tasks independently
