Our Sales & Channel team shares Dropbox Business with enterprises around the world and helps them understand the power Dropbox offers to teams at scale. We’re a collaborative and empathetic sales team, focused on understanding what businesses need to work better together.

The Enterprise Services team is a professional services organization that will be serving our top, Fortune 500 customers. This team will be delivering successful deployments of Dropbox for Business to strategic, best in category companies that want to power their enterprise with Dropbox.
 
You will be joining a pioneering team that is working on building a world-class services organization. Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain trusted adviser relationships with customers from the C-level to the front line, both within IT and business units
  • Work with customers to document existing workflows, identify transformation opportunities and adopt new workflows
  • Document value from adoption of new workflows
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with the creation of solutions and project deliverables, as needed
  • Develop solution architectures and work with solution developers to build and deploy custom solutions
  • Partner with customer teams to develop project plans and manage its day to day execution
  • Develop and demonstrate product expertise, both on the core Dropbox for Business product and APIs
  • Support pre-sale initiatives by developing technical proof of concepts
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to develop statements of work and pricing proposals for services engagements 

Requirements 

  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience; experience in a client-facing roles
  • Proven track record in professional services, consulting, or similar roles
  • Experience in implementing SaaS technologies and enterprise deployments is a must
  • Previous experience communicating directly with executives with outstanding interpersonal skills, along with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time
