As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team ensuring exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle. You’re a polished, engaging and detailed oriented professional. You’ll leverage your superb use of judgement, initiative and creative problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment to make a difference and help scale the company.
Partner with recruiters, candidates and hiring managers to seamlessly schedule candidate interviews (phone/video/onsite) despite challenging calendars, logistics, and/or travel requirements
Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact
Help manage and execute a flawless, world class candidate experience from start to finish
2+ years experience in a recruiting coordinator (or similar) role, ideally in a startup environment
Experience with recruiting software / tools (ATS, social networks, niche job boards, sourcing aggregators, HRIS, etc.)
Genuine passion for providing outstanding service to external and internal clients
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Dynamic, engaging, professional with a positive attitude with the ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with a strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up and organization abilities
Nice to have: an HR background and/or experience working a startup environment where you’ve had a dual role in HR and Recruiting
